Survival 0.3.0 Patch Notes
Hello everyone! I'm back again, with another patch! This one focuses more on hoppers, but also includes a few more features. Read below to learn more about the latest changes.
This is a brand new feature for enhanced hoppers, that will be available to level 5+ Enhanced Hoppers. Mob Hoppers, when enabled, will start killing nearby entities in a 5 block radius, and their drops will go into the hopper. Level 5 hoppers will trigger this every 9 ticks (0.45 seconds), level 6 hoppers will trigger this every 6 ticks (0.3 seconds) and finally, level 7 hoppers will trigger this every 3 ticks (0.15 seconds). We hope you like this new feature! Of course, as everything, this is subject to further changes.
This is another brand new feature for the enhanced hoppers, and yet again, it's available to level 5+ Enhanced Hoppers. Auto smelting allows hoppers to automatically smelt items that they configure in a menu. This doesn't require ANY fuel, but the trade-off is that the auto smelt function is relatively slow, compared to even regular furnaces. Individual items can be toggled on or off for auto smelting, so the possibilities are ENDLESS. Level 5 hoppers will smelt 1 item every 30 seconds, level 6 hoppers will smelt 1 item every 20 seconds, and level 7 hoppers will smelt 1 item every 10 seconds. We hope you like this new feature! And repeating myself again, this is subject to further changes.
Wanna show off a rare item that you have? Now, with the [item] tag, you can directly do in the server chat! Just type [item] in the chat, while holding an item, and it will replace it with the item in your hand, complete with all metadata, including enchantments, name, description and more! Regular players have a 15 second cooldown on this tag, but donators (both Gamers and Champions) can bypass the cooldown.
We've replaced the old chat system with an improved one that supports nicknames and tags. We're gonna add more features to it soon, so stay tuned for that!

Survival 0.2.1 Patch Notes
Hello everyone! This is a new Survival patch, which will go online along the new punishments page. Read about that here: https://l3tplay.com/forum/topic/4-punishments-page-announcement/. Read below to learn more about the latest changes.
Developer Commentary: This change was made to not clutter a player's inventory, since they dropped far too often, even at 20% chance. Killing players will still have a chance to drop their heads.
Developer Commentary: I felt like 100 kills for a spawner was too much, especially considering some mobs, such as animals and zombies, are pretty common. And Ender Dragon and Wither spawner drops have been disabled, as they're bosses.
We'd like to hear your feedback! We're still working on updates, so stay tuned! Also, you should join the Discord for updates: https://discord.gg/ed5Ucp8

Survival 0.2.0 Patch Notes
Hello everyone! This is our first official Survival patch. We'll document as many changes as we can. Read below to learn more about the latest changes.
You can now safely trade with other players without the risk of being scammed. Our new trade system also allows for trading experience points and money between players. It also features a simple, featureful and cool trade menu. It does have a few limitations though, the most important one being not being able to trade with players in another world. This is done intentionally so the feature does not get abused.
How to start a trade: There's 2 ways to start a trade. You can use /trade [Player], or you can shift-click the player you want to trade with. Then, the target player has to accept within 15 seconds.
Here's the useful commands that you should know:
/trade offer [Player] - Send a trade request. You can also use /trade [Player] as a shortcut.
/trade toggle - Toggle on/off trade requests.
/trade block [Player] - Block a player from sending you trade requests. If the player is already blocked, they'll be unblocked.
With this patch, we're also introducing a new nametag system that is more advanced than the previous one. This one has a shorter update time (10 seconds instead of 15), and also supports nicknames with colors. We'll be adding more features to it in the future.
